You state the waist circumference, but the same measurement applies to the abdomen
Fine for the slim, but 3XL is not true. Should have been 4 or 5 XL. Can't get the zipper back. Even if the waist circumference is correct, it does not apply to the middle of the stomach

Nice and small, the rain jacket
